DBB ball valve​

DBB ball valve are designed in order to replace the multiple valves connection complex forms in traditional pipeline. Reduce the leakage in system to achieve quickly bleed, close function. 

DBB ball valve maximum save installation space and simplified installation program. Cut down the pressure in piping system. Convenient instrument cleaning maintenance and reduce the costs.

The valves are widely used in electric power, petroleum chemical industry, metallurgy, marine, oil, natural gas, coal gas, pharmaceutical and other industries hydraulic system pipeline.

1. Double sealing o-ring to prevent the leakage at the stem.
2. Blow-out proof stem, it is internally inserted the body and function as the up-sealing seat.
3. Equipped with preloaded spring floating seat ring to be ensured seal even in low pressure.

DBB Ball valve is made of two balls and two seats and one needle valve, bottom of body have drain valve.
Using Forging material , one piece, two piece, three piece structure.Both side is flange ends, one side is sw ends one side is flange ends. both side is RTJ ends.Can sampling, save install time and purchase cost .not easy to leaking .
