Fully welded ball valve body is welded from steel pipe. The ball gasket is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene. The valve stem adopts explosion-proof design. Temperature range: -60-200℃.
Fully welded ball valve are widely used in the field of long-distance pipeline such as natural gas, petroleum, heating, chemical and thermoelectric pipeline network.

Ball material: Stainless steel 304 or 316 grade
Seat material: Metal seat with polymer seal, PTFE, RTFE, Viton, Nylon, Peek, etc.

The body is made up of three pieces welded lighter, higher hardness, compact structure, not only diminishing the flange between bonnet and body, but also decrease the overall dimension and outside leakage point.
